Vandaag een item over mijn favoriete beautyproducten. Zes producten waar ik echt gek op ben en misschien ook niet zonder zou kunnen. Een aantal gebruik ik zelfs al een aantal jaar. Ik hoop dat er iets bij zit waar jij misschien naar op zoek bent of waar je gewoon wat meer informatie over wilde hebben.

Erase Paste Benefit
Mijn nummer 1 concealer. Deze concealer gebruik ik elke dag. Het verbergt donkere kringen en je krijgt er een heldere blik door omdat het je ooglid en het gebied onder je ogen, wat oplicht. Deze creme concealer droogt niet op en gaat ook niet in de lijntjes zitten. Omdat Erase paste cremeachtig van substantie is, poeder ik het lichtjes af na het aanbrengen. Qua kleur vind ik het ook super, het lijkt wel alsof het zich aan mijn huidskleur aanpast en het wat oplicht. Wat minder is, is dat je de concealer met een spateltje uit het potje moet halen. Dit heeft ook weer voordelen want zo doe je langer met het potje. Ik gebruik mijn potje nu al 2 jaar en het is nog niet op. Erase paste heb je in twee kleuren 01 en 02. Ik gebruik 02. Today an item on my favorite beauty products. Six products which I really love and maybe cannot live without. Some products i even use for several years. I hope there's something among these products that you might be looking for, or you just want some more information about.

Erase Paste Benefit
My number 1 concealer that i use everyday. It hides dark circles and brightens the eye area. I used it on my eyelids too as a base for eyeshadow. Erase paste is a creamy concealer and i like that. It doesn't dry out and it doesn't go into lines or fine lines. After applying i lightly powder my eyelids and under the eyes. This keeps my concealer good for the rest of the day. I use colour 02 wich blends with my skintone very well, it doesn't look that i'm wearing concealer. Erase paste comes in a little jar, wich i'm using for 2 years now, and it's available in 2 colours (01 and 02). Benefit's Erase Paste costs € 19,95 at Sephora.


H2o Oasis Hydrating Booster
Een serum dat geen olie bevat en de huid hydrateert. Ik gebruik het nu twee maanden en ben er erg tevreden over. Het geeft mijn huid de extra vocht oppepper die het hard nodig heeft. Mijn gezicht voelt glad en soepel aan, geen droge plekjes of strak gevoel meer.

De beschrijving op het flesje zegt:
Intensief olievrij supplement dat verder gaat dan directe hydratatie om de vochtarme huid te redden.
Verder:
Zee mineralen complex dat zorgt voor directe intensieve hydratatie, uitgebreid met imperata cilindrica (Japans bloedgras) extract en hydraterende zee extracten om de opname van vocht te maximaliseren en behoud van vocht (in de huid) te stimuleren.

Zo dat is nogal wat. Mijn ervaring is dat mijn huid hier heel veel baat bij heeft. Ik voel en zie dat mijn vochtarme huid gevoed wordt door dit serum. Mijn huid neigt snel dof te worden dat is met dit H2o hydratatie serum verholpen. H2O heeft ook een hele goede handcreme, (die zat als proefje in de Glossybox, ik weet niet meer welke maand) deze handcreme trekt meteen in de huid en hydrateert de handen. H2O Oasis Hydrating Booster heb ik bij ICI Paris gekocht en het kostte ongeveer € 25,- (ik ben niet zo goed in bonnetjes bewaren).



H2o Oasis Hydrating Booster
A non oily hydrating serum. I use this serum for about 2 months now and i'm very satisfied with the results. It gives my skin the extra moisture it needs My skin feels soft and smooth without dry patches or a tight feeling.

Intensive oil-free supplement that goes beyond immediate hydration to save dehydrated skin.

That's some interesting information. My experience with this serum is that it works, my skin benefits from the extra moisture it gives. My skin doesn't looks dull anymore, it looks healthy. H2o also has a very good handcream, that hydrates and doesn't feel sticky (i received a tester in my glossybox). I bought H2O Oasis Hydrating Booster at ICI Paris (high end drugstore) the price is around € 25,- .

Dr. Brandt UV spf 30
Deze creme gebruik ik sinds vorig jaar zomer. Door een verkoopster van de Douglas werd mij dit aangeraden als primer voor onder de foundation. Maar je kunt het ook alleen gebruiken, wel bovenop je dagcreme. Het is een creme met iets van een kleurtje erin, dat voor bijna elke huidskleur en elk huidtype bestemd is. De creme is best wel getint van kleur maar past zich aan je huidskleur aan. Wat ook heel fijn is dat er Spf 30 in zit, een hele goede bescherming dus. Ik heb het vorig jaar tijdens mijn vakantie (temperatuur rond de 40 graden) gebruikt en ik moet zeggen dat ik hiermee minder last heb gehad van donkere vlekken in mijn gezicht. Dit komt omdat Dr. Brandt UV spf 30 ook overpigmentatie tegengaat.

Ik heb van de winter mijn tweede tube aangeschaft, zo tevreden ben ik hierover. Ook als primer vind ik het heel goed werken, het egaliseert je huidskleur en dat is een mooie basis voor foundation. Dr. Brandt UV spf 30 is parfumvrij en laat je huid niet glimmen. Ik heb bij de Douglas € 35,00 voor deze creme betaald.

I was introduced to this cream by a saleslady of my drugstore department (Douglas), about a year ago. I was looking for a primer that made foundation last for a long time (for a fotoshoot). The cream works great as a primer but it can also be used over your daycreme. It looks just like a bb cream on the skin, it gives some coverage but not too much. The cream is suitable for most skin types (fair to dark) and it contains Spf 30.  I used Dr. Brandt last year during my vacation (the temparature was around 40 degrees fahrenheit) and it protected my skin from getting dark patches. The UV spf 30 cream also protects your skin against hyperpigmentation. I repurchased Dr. Brandt cream for the second time now and i guess i will be using it for a long time. The price is € 35,- at my local drugstore.

Shiseido Benefiance firming massage mask
Dit staat vermeld in de beschrijving: "Een verstevigend masker dat in de huid wordt gemasseerd en uitstekende hydraterende en struktuurherstellende eigenschappen bezit voor een gelijkmatiger en stralender teint. "

Dit masker gebruik ik al sinds 2005 en ik ben er heel tevreden mee. Vorige maand ben ik overgestapt op een ander masker (vanwege de prijs) van het huismerk van Ici Paris (daarover verderop wat meer).  Ik heb dit  masker van Shiseido zeven jaar geleden aangeschaft nadat ik een tester  had gekregen. Ik had wat last van droogte lijntjes rond mijn neus en net onder het ooggebied. Meteen na het eerste gebruik waren de lijntjes verdwenen, fantastisch gewoon.

Ik heb toen meteen de full size aangeschaft dat kostte toen ongeveer € 53,- dat was wel aan de prijzige kant voor mij. Maar door de goeie resultaten was het de prijs meer dan waard, vond ik. Nu na zeven jaar werkt dit masker nog steeds goed voor mij maar kost inmiddels
€ 60,98. Vandaar dat ik besloot om te kijken naar een goede (tijdelijke) vervanging. Heb je last van droogte lijntjes (of rimpeltjes) dan kan ik dit Shiseido masker van harte aanbevelen. Het heeft een liftend effect en zorgt voor een hele goed hydratatie van de huid. Mijn huid straatl echt na gebruik. Als ik voldoende cash heb zal ik het zeker weer aanschaffen.



Shiseido Benefiance firming massage mask
According to the description: "A firming mask that is massaged into the skin,  its excellent moisturizing and restorative properties structure for a smoother and more radiant complexion."

The Shiseido  firming massage mask i first started using in 2005. I got a sample from the saleslady of my drugstore. I tried it and it made the fine lines (round my nose and in the undereye area) disapear. Needless to say that i was very enthousiastic about this magic mask. After that i bought the full size for wich i paid around € 53,-.

Because my skin had much benefit from this mask, it was worth the money. Nowday's the Shiseido mask costs about € 60,- wich is a bit too expensive for me. So i decided to look out for another mask. Just because of the money i didn't repurchased, but i can recommend this mask. It firms the skin and it hydrates, what else do you want a mask to do. For sure i will be repurchasing it again.

Ici Paris XL Ultra hydrating mask
Dit staat er op het doosje: "Dit masker is geschikt voor alle huidtypes en is verrijkt met witte lelie extract en is echt een hydraterend bad voor de huid. Het herstelt de soepelheid, elasticiteit, comfort en uitstraling van de huid. Hydrateert de bovenste lagen van de huid."

Ik gebruik dit masker nu twee maanden, het zorgt voor een goed hydratatie van mijn huid. Mijn huid voelt na gebruik lekker glad ,soepel en gevoed aan. Dit masker kost ongeveer € 20,00 en is denk ik alleen te krijgen bij Ici Paris. (Dit is een koopje in vergelijking met het masker van Shiseido ;).

Ici Paris XL Ultra hydrating mask
The description on the box: "This mask is suitable for all skin types and is enriched with white lily extract and is a moisturizing bath for the skin. It restores suppleness, elasticity, comfort and appearance of the skin. Moisturizes the upper layers of the skin. "

And this is the replacement for the Shiseido Mask. I used it for 2 months now and i can say it hydrates just as good as the mask from Shiseido. Although its not a  lifting mask it does a very good job in hydrating my skin. After using the hydrating mask my skin feels smooth, soft and flexible. The price is € 20,- and i bough it at Ici Paris. (a bargain compared to the Shiseido mask)



Clarins Masque contour des yeux/ Skin soothin eye mask
Ik gebruik dit masker (niet schrikken) nu al sinds 1998, 14 jaar dus. Hiervoor gebruikte ik een oogmasker van Lancaster dat ook heel fijn was maar dat is toen uit de handel gehaald. Eerlijk gezeg vond ik het masker van Lancaster net iets beter, maar het oogmasker van Clarins werkt ook goed.

 Ik gebruik het een tot twee keer per week. Ik smeer het gebied onder de ogen en mijn ooglid dik in met deze creme en laat het ongeveer tien minuten intrekken. Daarna haal ik de overgebleven creme weg met een tissue en daarna ga ik er nogmaals overheen met een vochtig watje .

Bij mij trekt de creme vrijwel meteen in de huid. Het produkt dat overblijft is echt miniem, de huid rond mijn ogen heeft echt voeding nodig denk ik dan. Clarins Masque contour des yeux gaat fijne lijntjes, opgezwollen oogleden en donkere kringen tegen. Het verfrist, verzacht en verbetert de huidskleur. Bij Douglas betaal je € 34,00 voor dit oogmasker.

Clarins Masque contour des yeux/ Skin soothin eye mask
I use this mask since 1998, 14 years in a row. Before i used  the Clarence eye mask,  I used a mask of Lancaster, wich was also very good but got discontinued. To be honest I found the mask of Lancaster slightly better  but the Clarins mask does a good job too.

I use it once to twice a week. I rub it under the area  and on my eyelid, and leave it for about ten minutes. Then I take the remaining cream off with a tissue and then I'm going over it again with a damp cotton ball. To make sure all the access cream is removed.

The skin  immediately absorps the cream. The product that remains is really minimal, the skin around my eyes really needs much hydration i think. Clarins Masque contour des yeux helps against fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. It refreshes, softens and improves the skin tone. The price is  € 34.00.
